Good Morning All!
We have finally gotten a few full days of rain, and just like people complain when it's too hot and we get no rain, people are complaining.
We have finally gotten a few full days of rain, and just like people complain when it's too hot and we get no rain, people are complaining.
So to brighten everyone's day here are two beautiful shots of the sunset.
I've said it before and I will say it again. Being on the top floor of a house has a good advantage. You see such beautiful things and you're so much more closer to the stars and the animals that roam around from tree branch to tree branch that touch my deck.
As a person who is just starting to understand photography I would encourage people to just go with it! I mean I've taken graphical classes in school and many art classes and now I'm starting to read blogs and watch videos online to help me understand the basics of photography. But I am not one too follow the rules. I know that's what they always tell you in art classes. Be creative, think outside the box. Paint, write, draw, and shoot what you think you see. But a lot of people still seem to follow only what they've learn.
When I have my camera in my hand I just play around with different angles, lights, and colour. I'm not some professional or anything. Me, myself I am a person who enjoys taking the pictures of nature, using natural lighting, it's just what I've always liked. Instead of using these big lights and enhancements, I enjoy taking advantage of what is already given to us.
So, to all of you first timers with photography and don't have the extra cash to spare for classes, check online, read blogs, find books in a library, maybe even magazines. Or just grab your camera and go, even just a regular digital camera you can turn into your professional camera. I myself have a Nikon CoolPix L120 which is just a simple point and shoot and I have captured some really nice photos. I just have to figure out the use of all the different settings being as you can't change shutter speed, ISO, etc, you just have to learn to play around with what you have!
To all of you having a rainy one today, enjoy these photos and may good luck come your way!
Take care !
